All villas are backed by a 5 years Structural & Mechanical Warranty from Bowel-Construction

	Each individual villa owner is free to list, sell or transfer their villa leasehold title to anyone at any price, anytime.
	5% buyer tax (BPHTB), and any other government charges and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
